Dear Members of the European Society of Construction Law (ESCL),

As we have approached the vibrant summer months, I am delighted to share with you some upcoming opportunities to engage with the evolving landscape of construction law through our planned webinars and the much-anticipated conference in Antwerp.

**Upcoming ESCL Webinars**

  1. **Recent Developments in Construction Disputes: Unravelling Artificial Intelligence’s Impact in Expert Witness Investigations**

Join us on the 19th of September 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM CEST for an insightful webinar featuring Francesco Capotorto, Senior Director at Ankura, London. Moderated by Roberto Panetta, Vice Chairman of ESCL, this session will explore the integration of AI in construction disputes and its implications for expert witness investigations. Registration is now open and can be completed via the ESCL website. We encourage all members to attend and gain cutting-edge insights into this dynamic area.

  1. **Offshore explosive ordnance clearance as a European challenge**

We are also preparing another engaging webinar with Dr. Florian Englert. The webinar will take place on 23rd of October 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM CEST.  This session will be moderated by Roberto Panetta and promises to delve into significant themes relevant to European Construction Law. Registration will be open soon. Keep an eye on our communications for further information.
