 es of contracts and how they are used\; how to han
 dle variations\, etc. We will benefit from the ext
 ensive experience of our two speakers who have par
 ticipated in numerous projects in the region while
  also having a deep knowledge of European construc

 g>: Head of Legal & Compliance for Latam at Ferrov
 ial Construcción. She is a senior lawyer specializ
 ing in the Infrastructure and Energy sectors. Her 
 professional experience spans both domestic and in
 ternational contexts\, primarily within multinatio
 nal companies engaged in the engineering\, constru
 ction\, and operation of all types of transport\, 
 mobility\, and energy infrastructure\, as well as 
 building projects. <br />\n <em><strong>Ricardo Cu
 esta</strong></em>: Ricardo is a construction lawy
 er and arbitrator with more than 30 years in the i
 ndustry. He has been General Counsel to an interna
 tional construction Group for 27 years and now acc
 ompanies construction companies and developers to 
 deal with their daily challenges with complex inte
 rnational projects.</p>\n \n <p><strong>Moderator<

 em></strong>: Ignacio is a partner at the Litigati
 on & Arbitration department of Pérez-Llorca. He is
  a member of the council of the ESCL and chairs th
