The Society is composed of some 80 members – all individuals: university professors, judges, court experts, attorneys, in-house counsel coming from public office as well as private construction, engineering and insurance companies, architects, e.a.

ABDC-BVBR provides a platform where specialists can exchange opinions about recent developments of legislation, European and national case law, model contracts and standard specifications.
