Membership in the ESCL

For the time being, only national (European) societies of construction law can become ESCL members. In other words, individuals are not eligible to become members of the ESCL. However, everybody is very welcome to attend the annual ESCL conferences which are open to the public.

Individuals may want to become a member of the respective national Society of Construction Law (SCL) in their country. For the contact information of the SCLs which are member of the ESCL please refer to the Section "Societies" of the ESCL website.

Besides, the British Society of Construction Law (SCL UK) offers a reduced membership rate for people who are not living in the UK (currently about 40,00 British Pounds per year) and there are many construction law papers available on that website for members. For further details please refer to the website of the SCL: www.scl.org.uk

If you are already a member you can log in here.
