Serbia

The Society of Construction Law Serbia was founded in 2024 as the first and only society in the Western Balkan region dedicated exclusively to advancing construction law knowledge and practice.

Our mission is to promote education, study and research in the field of construction law for the benefit of the public and the construction industry, while strengthening cooperation between construction industry practitioners and legal professionals. We create a collaborative environment where all parties engaged in project realisation can share expertise and develop best practices.

Members come from all sectors of the construction industry: architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, developers, solicitors, barristers, arbitrators and experts. Structured to keep member fees affordable to all, SCL Serbia relies on the voluntary support and work of its members.

SCL Serbia promotes construction law through meetings, lectures, social events, and publishing papers.

We are strictly independent of commercial interests, existing not to promote individuals or businesses, but to act as a forum for the better understanding of construction law and its practical application in the industry.
